Mamekam Learning is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing professional (5+ years) to lead scenario-based webinars demonstrating how Generative AI tools can revolutionize digital marketing practices. If you can teach real-world workflows using tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, or Notion AI, we’d love to hear from you.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Deliver 60–+0 minute live webinars using real client or campaign scenarios

Showcase how GenAI is used in:

SEO/SEM optimization

Campaign planning and execution

Email marketing and personalization

Ad copywriting and A/B testing

Present industry case studies and tools

Engage learners in Q&A and guide them through real-world application

Contribute to content creation (templates, worksheets, examples)

🔹 Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing

Deep knowledge of GenAI tools integrated into real marketing workflows

Strong presentation and storytelling skills

Prior experience conducting training, webinars, or corporate workshops is a big plus

Key responsibilities:

1. Plan, develop, and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with Solon India's business objectives

2. Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads to drive brand awareness and lead generation while staying within budget and maximizing ROI

3. Perform keyword research and implement SEO/SEM best practices to enhance search engine rankings and collaborate with the web team to optimize website structure, content, and functionality

4. Design, test, and optimize landing pages, forms, and user journeys to boost engagement and improve conversion rates

5. Create, curate, and manage engaging content across blogs, email marketing, and social media platforms while maintaining a consistent brand voice and content calendar

6. Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, and Search Console to monitor KPIs, generate performance reports, and provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and development to ensure messaging alignment and support lead generation and conversion efforts

8. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer behavior, and opportunities for innovation while ensuring all digital activities comply with data privacy and advertising standards

Requirements:

1. Possess 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with a strong focus on SEO, SEM, and paid advertising campaign management

2. Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and a range of SEO/SEM tools to drive measurable results

3. Exhibit a solid understanding of content marketing principles, brand positioning strategies, and customer acquisition techniques

4. Analyze complex data sets and translate insights into actionable improvements for optimizing campaign performance and maximizing ROI

5. Communicate effectively with excellent attention to detail, demonstrating the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams

6. Manage B2B/B2C digital campaigns, ideally within the energy, technology, or industrial sectors

7. Maintain a proactive approach to staying updated on the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
