Wedding Planner/Planning Assistant
Job Requirements:
Must be absolutely serious, detail-oriented, and responsible!
Passionate about planning weddings/events.
Proficient in computer skills and basic software.
Ability to assist in fulfilling the SBJ brand philosophy.
Fluent in both Chinese and English.
Friendly with a good personal image.
Detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency.
Strong team collaboration skills to assist the team in completing tasks.
Strong communication skills with clients.
Strong adaptability and venue coordination skills.
Must have multitasking abilities.
Willing to work early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
Experience in the wedding industry in Sydney is preferred. Driving skills are a plus.
Full-time/Part-time (minimum of 3-4 days of work) - 1 position available.

Able to assist the lead designer in preparing for weddings/events.
Willing to work early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Procreate.
Some background in graphic design is required.
Must have multitasking abilities.
Strong team collaboration skills.
Experience in the wedding industry in Sydney is preferred. Driving skills are a plus. Experience in hand-drawn wedding designs is preferred.
