Job Description:

WordPress developers work on medium to large website edit requests and projects and work together as a team consisting of project managers, copywriters, designers and other developers in our Website Support division.

Developer Responsibilities:

Should have an intermediate understanding and working knowledge of WordPressDesigning and building the website's front-endKnowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5 and jQueryGood understanding of website architecture and aestheticsTo understand and work with various page layouts and eCommerce plugins and to add images, icons, and vectors that function on desktop- and mobile-friendly web pagesInterest in conducting research and learning new things to overcome challengesConducting website performance testsMonitoring the performance of the live websiteStrong analytical thinking plus design and UX awarenessExperience optimizing web pages and improving page speed

Must:

Deep WordPress experience & moderate Elementary experienceHTML5 & CSS3 plus familiarity with JavaScript and jQueryAbility to manage projects and Website/page-building skillsGood communication skillsIntermediate knowledge of English
