What you will be doing: Live Chat workers are assigned a business that they are working with and your job is to log in to their social media account each day and reply to messages that are sent to the account from customers (or potential customers). And you have a chat supervisor to help you with any questions that you don’t know how to answer.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: Starts at $25 per hour
Skills/background needed:
• Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
• Be able to work independently.
• Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions.
• Have 5+ hours availability per week.
• Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week
Location: Remote work online worldwide (United States preferred).
