The Opportunity:
In this role, you will report to the Roster Team Leader and be responsible for the response rostering process. You will engage in effective communication to address covering staff absence and respond to changes as they arise. This includes re-rostering and liaising with staff and managers to coordinate shifts.
Key Requirements:
High level of knowledge and experience working in a rostering or scheduling role within a complex industry
Well-developed capacity to manage competing demands and maintain attention to detail
Sound working knowledge of Enterprise agreement interpretation and fatigue management principles
Extensive knowledge of Rostering, Payroll process, and Time Capture systems
