Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy Development: Strategize the creation and execution of comprehensive content strategies that align with company goals and audience needs American Audience-Centric Approach: Develop content that engages and connects with the American audience, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of cultural preferences and viewing habits. Data & Analytics Mastery: Utilise data and analytics to monitor content performance, make data-informed decisions, and optimise strategies for maximum impact. Marketing Mindset: Apply a marketing-oriented approach to content creation and strategy, identifying growth opportunities and leveraging content to drive engagement and views Search & Social Strategy: Implement search and social media strategies that capitalize on insights into SEO and platform algorithms, enhancing visibility across channels. Google Search, Discover, & Top Stories Knowledge: Understanding of Google’s Search, Discover, and Top Stories algorithms to ensure content is optimised for discoverability and reach. Sports Content Expertise: Ideally, background in sports content to craft stories that resonate with fans, ensuring content relevance and authenticity. Qualifications: Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in content related to movies,tv series,hollywood etc Analytical Skills: Proficiency in interpreting data and analytics to enhance content performance and develop high-impact strategies. Marketing Acumen: Demonstrated marketing mindset with an ability to spot trends and opportunities that boost content reach and brand engagement. Audience Insight: Strong grasp of the American audience, with experience tailoring content to suit specific cultural and regional preferences. SEO & Social Media Knowledge: Extensive experience with SEO strategies, particularly within Google’s Search, Discover, and Top Stories frameworks. Sports Content Experience: Previous experience working in sports content or media is preferred, with a passion for sports being highly valued. Skills & Competencies: High proficiency in content analytics tools, with a strong ability to use data insights to optimize content strategy. Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills. Strategic thinker with a proactive and adaptable approach to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
