Responsibilities
Job Summary: In this role, you are responsible for the preparation and cleanup of the construction equipment and the grounds or “yard” and assisting with the loading, unloading, and securing loads for customers
This position will be responsible for cleaning and power washing returned rental equipment
Prepare the equipment: fueling, cleanup (pressure washing), ensuring proper supplies and tools etc
Janitorial duties, building maintenance, and miscellaneous tasks as directed
Clean up the wash bay at the end of each day, ensuring everything returned to its proper place, supplies stocked, etc
Load and unload equipment and supplies and assist with preparing the equipment to be rented
Receive equipment and supplies while ensuring all paperwork is accurately completed and delivered to the appropriate person or department
Operate company equipment safely and by company, state, and federal traffic rules and regulations if required
Maintain the grounds or “yard” and facilities
Proactively and promptly report any equipment problems, shortages, or unsafe conditions
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
