About the role

We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our growing team!

Job Description

As an Account Executive you will be responsible for the strategic development of our Affinity Partnerships. You will have a strategic impact on the development of our group affinity operation. Implement account governance and growth strategies with our partners to achieve common business objectives. Communicate and articulate the organization's strategic vision concerning business plans, growth plans, products and business philosophy. Analyze opportunities and constraints for each partnership and make recommendations to drive member awareness. Assist your team with the coordination of the ongoing account execution and tactical active management. Develop an operations plan for the Team to attain the region's objectives. Assist in preparing the targeted affinity's business development plan.

What you will do here:

Account Management

Support Senior Account Manager in actively managing core relationship of TIER 1 & TIER 2 Groups
Primary focus is supporting Account Mangers on existing account execution with TIER 3 & TIER 4, ensuring growth and profitability within these accounts are delivered
Support Director by being a senior level presence within region for all Affinity Partners. Have the confidence and ability to engage in public speaking at client events being face of belairdirect in marketplace
Support in delivering quarterly/annual reporting with group executive to review results and strategize for growth opportunities
Support in delivery of fee/rate agendas across products including managing key renewals –proactive group management
Be an expert in certain line of business and sector but also be knowledgeable to promote other product offerings to both member and executive level audiences to cross sell effectively.
Managing customer and client escalations with group executive
Deliver on contract terms and marketing arrangements aligned to operational plans
People Management

Manage Account Managers in respective regions, ensuring delivery of plans and KPIs for each Account Manager / Consultant
Business Development

Responsible to cross sell and introduce all product offerings into existing groups
Leverage events as lead generation opportunity
Identify and develop new prospects pipeline, including performing market research. Objective it to have a minimum of 10 active leads within pipeline actively pursuing additional partnerships.
What you bring to the table:

Experience in working with multi-million accounts driving growth initiatives
College Diploma or University Degree in Business, or any combination of equivalent education and experience
10+ years of experience
A leader who fosters a positive working environment
Highly organized
Excellent communication skills
Autonomous and creative
Fast learner
Able to work in a team and share your ideas
Expert in Microsoft Office products. In particular Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to produce executive quality presentation to deliver results and strategies.
No Canadian work experience required however must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Bilingual in French and English would be an asset
Please note that candidates may be asked to work outside of regular hours of operation in order to attend events.
