Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Event Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing a variety of events, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and effective coordination throughout the process. The Event Coordinator will work closely with clients, vendors, and team members to deliver successful and memorable events.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning:
• Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and requirements.
• Develop and manage comprehensive event timelines, budgets, and proposals with precision.
• Research, secure, and coordinate venues, vendors, and event locations.

Event Execution:
• Oversee all logistics for each event, ensuring seamless setup and breakdown.
• Coordinate catering, audiovisual, decoration, and entertainment services.
• Serve as the primary point of contact during events, managing communication between all parties to ensure smooth operations.

Client Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support before, during, and after events.
• Gather feedback and insights from clients to improve future events.

Administrative Tasks:
• Maintain accurate records of event details, budgets, and client communications.
• Assist with marketing and promotions for events, including social media and website updates.
• Prepare post-event reports, analyzing successes and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, event planning, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as an event coordinator or in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Good coordination capabilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Flexibility to travel.
