The Job:
We have an exciting full-time, permanent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented PM Operations Support/Accounts to join our team at Darwin International Airport .

This position plays a key role in supporting the processing and consignment of freight, with a focus on remote area logistics. The successful candidate will also assist in day-to-day operations, provide customer service, and contribute to broader operational tasks within the PM team.

Some Key Responsibilities:
Process and consign freight destined for remote areas
Input same-day bookings into Salesforce accurately and promptly
Provide front counter coverage during breaks and other required periods
Process and arrange delivery of carton kits to customers and stakeholders
Respond to and assist with Salesforce enquiries
Support the PM Operations Supervisor with all uplift-related tasks
Learn key aspects of the PM operations role to provide coverage in cases of absenteeism
About You:
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in an admin or operational support role (minimum 2 years preferred)
Exposure to transport, logistics, or freight operations is highly regarded
Confident using Salesforce or similar CRM and booking systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook)
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
