Responsibilities: Admin
• Leave and Salary Administration
• Office Coordination
• Going outside for banking /admin critical office related work where office boy is not competent to handle
• Stationary Status
• Office Boy Responsibilities – Review
• Ticket Booking/Travel arrangement of any staff or Top Management
• Accounts Vouchers
• Accounts Ledgers
• Day to Day Filing of Bills
• Day to Day Routine admin activities.
• Keep a track of birthdays , festivals, etc with coordinate with Top management
• Service Tax Sheet Preparation
• TDS Sheet Preparation
• Submission of Service Tax & TDS with coordination with CA
• Mobile Bills / Other Bills Payment Reminders until it is done / Payment to be done on time
• AMC/s coordination
• Pending Bills Follow Up
• Guest House – Mumbai Issues to be resolved
• Gujarat Coordination with office boy and with any other admin staff
• Legal Issues to be resolved in office if any i.e. Shop Establishment
• Petty Cash Status
• Monitoring office discipline /protocols
Responsibilities – Secretarial Support
• Scheduling work of CEO
• Continuous Reminder Sheet for any work of CEO until it is done
• Emails sending to the clients with coordination with CEO
• Day to Day Travel Booking of CEO
• Back Office Work of CEO
• Planning & Scheduling of Projects – day to day
• Project Costing
Skills:
• Good Communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
