SCP 3-6 £18,4++.34-£1+,43+.8+ (actual salary)
35 hours a week term time only (Mon-Fri 8.30am-4pm ½ hr lunch)

The Governors of St Mary of the Angels Catholic Primary School wish to appoint a friendly, efficient person, receptive to our Catholic ethos to support our school Office Manager.
The successful applicant will have/be:
• Experience of working in a busy office environment
• Excellent communication skills and a pleasant, patient demeanor
• Good skills in English, Mathematics and Microsoft Office
• Able to prioritise, use initiative and work under pressure
• NVQ2 in Business/School Administration or equivalent qualification, or has suitable experience in a similar role
• A working knowledge of SIMS (training will be provided)
Duties will include:
• General day-to-day clerical/administrative tasks/ responding to correspondence receive by the school
• Reception/telephone duties
• Administration of school dinners/after school clubs through Schoolcomms
• Support with financial administration including invoices
• Attendance monitoring
• Data inputting (SIMS)
• Booking of school trips/staff training courses
• Maintain school website
