We are looking for an experienced Administration Manager to join our team! As an Administration Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring efficient and effective management of our resources.

Key responsibilities:
• Managing and supervising administrative staff to ensure smooth running of office operations
• Developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity
• Overseeing human resources functions such as recruitment, payroll, and benefits
• Managing office finances and expenses to ensure budgetary goals are met
• Overseeing procurement and inventory management
• Coordinating events and meetings as required
• Keeping up to date with industry trends and changes to ensure the company remains competitive

Qualifications and requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in office administration with at least 2 years in a managerial position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Detail-oriented and organized
