We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our daily operations, ensuring smooth communication and efficient administrative processes. This role requires proficiency in various office tasks, including data entry, customer service, and clerical duties. The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining an organized front desk environment and assisting with day to day activities.

Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations, processing orders and answering phone calls in a professional manner.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Assist with filing, organizing documents, and maintaining an orderly office environment.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and patients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as needed.
Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks and financial record keeping including AR.
Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow within the office.
Handle clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning documents, and preparing correspondence.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with QuickBooks, logistics and manufacturing software is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Proficient in data entry and computer literacy; familiarity with office software is essential.
Previous experience with brewery or distilling is an asset
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks.
A mature self-starter who is reliable with great written & spoken communication skills
