Position Overview: Are you an organized and proactive individual with a passion for supporting dealership operations and enhancing the employee experience? As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth administrative processes, supporting the executive team and EVP/Owner, assisting the sales and finance teams, and maintaining accurate documentation. Your attention to detail, communication skills, and customer-first mindset will help drive efficiency, support team success, and contribute to a professional and welcoming dealership environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and manage incoming phone inquiries
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries appropriately
Maintain organized records and filing systems
Manage email, print and incoming mail
Support the EVP with minute taking, documentation, scheduling, etc
Process paperwork for office/admin tasks
Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
Assist in general office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
Coordinate with store managers on supplies and orders
Maintain inventory of assigned items
Other duties as assigned or required
Support the EVP and executive team in their duties
Requirements:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Strong ability to learn new technology and confidence in taking on new duties
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Previous automotive experience is an asset, but not required
Previous Administrative experience is required
Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong attention to detail
