Greet visitors as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party
Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct parties
Provides HR and Internal Audit department with general administrative support, including, but not limited to: Power Point presentations, assemble board meeting materials, maintain calendars
Arrange all messenger pick-up and deliveries in coordination with the buildings Messenger Center
Create catering orders for various events in the office and coordinate delivery with building security
Confirm that all delivery companies have Certificates of Insurance on file before arrival
Help support the Facilities team to maintain the booking / reservations for large meeting and event spaces
Maintains security by registering staff visitors, issuing / logging who receives Bank visitor badges
Support the Facilities team as necessary

Responsibilities:

Qualifications /Skills :
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but high school diploma accepted with some college or equivalent experience
• 2+ years' experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant
Preferred Qualifications:
• Competent computer skills, especially in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner
• Verbal and Written Communication
• Patience and listening skills to respond appropriately and interact positively with challenging customers
• Accuracy and Attention to Detail Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks

Salary Range: $20 - $25 per hour

• Monday - Friday
