As our Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in support of the operation and growth of the company
You'll work closely with our small team to provide support related to sales, marketing and customer service
Supporting communication with potential customers to understand their unique needs and demonstrate how Active Defender's solutions can address their safety and security challenges effectively
Supporting communication with current customers to understand and meet their needs
Performing varied administrative tasks to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the company office
Supporting various departments with tasks and projects as needed
Efficiently manage systems to ensure sales activities, client communications, and progress are documented and regularly updated
Providing support in meeting, and striving to exceed, monthly and annual sales goals
Working to support our team in the development, implementation, and maintenance of effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns
Providing valuable insight and feedback as a part of our team to help shape future innovations and improvements

Role And Responsibilities
