Responsibilities
The Administrative Assistant works closely with all ORGANIZATION staff to support the organization's overall well-functioning
The position reports directly to the Executive Director
Oversight of customer records management (CRM) platform including Organization, updates, and reports for community members, donors, sponsors, grantors, volunteers, customers, tickets sales, and artists
Working with the Development Assistant in processing incoming donations and gifts to ORGANIZATION in a timely manner utilizing the (CRM) platform
Keep current knowledge of all ORGANIZATION programs, special events, and staff responsibilities
Management of facility rentals processes and staffing rentals when needed
Regular website updates (WordPress)
Management of ORGANIZATION Collaborative Google Drive, including on-boarding and off-boarding of employee access and maintaining Organizational Google Calendars
Updating weekly staff coverage schedulers
Facilities management, including on-board and off-board of employees and communications with the City of Corvallis maintenance department
Fielding incoming inquiries (in-person, email, and phone) to ORGANIZATION from the community, artists, etc
to the appropriate staff member
Support with annual fundraising event planning
Provides additional support to the Executive Director as needed

Qualifications

● Experience with database management
● Experience with WordPress
