Base salary/hourly rate range for this position in Connecticut is between $65,000 and $ 85,000 Please note that specific compensation decisions are based upon a variety of job-related factors as permitted by law, including geographic location, credentials, skills, education, training, and experience
Base salary is just one component of Wilton Re’s total compensation package for employees
Additional compensation includes annual performance-based bonus, 401K with employer contribution, and profit-sharing program
Employee may also be eligible for long-term incentives (equity)
All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms

Responsibilities
We provide our clients with the services they need from in force transactions and product development to underwriting and new business strategies
This position will provide administrative support for various members of the senior leadership team including but not limited to; CFOs and finance team, CIO and CLO
Thisposition is also responsible for various projects for senior team members in addition to back up for the Executive Assistant and Receptionist
Manage administrative tasks for various members of leadership team including; overseeing busy schedules and calendar management, arranging meetings, conducting research, preparing meeting documents, handling expense reports, answering phone lines
Assist in structuring meeting agendas, collecting feedback from attendees, ensuring readiness, and facilitating follow-ups and actions for meetings and projects
Arrange travel and submit expenses as needed; identify errors and reconcile discrepancies
Update documents for the quarterly financial highlights, assist in drafting and editing (redlining and blacklining) legal agreements and daily one offs
Manage company Doordash account; add/remove employees, stipend adjustments, create check requests from monthly invoices
Coordinate outside office events
Serving as a back-up for the Receptionist and the Executive Assistant as necessary; working with administrative team to ensure overall tidiness of the office
Performing ad hoc projects as needed for various departments
Notary Public
Approaches each day with a proactive verses reactive mind set
Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned
