Notify relevant personnel from Orano Med
Register, connect to appropriate personnel, or accompany any visitors/guests/ subcontractors
Provide and account for proper security badge and safety equipment, if needed
Screen and route inquiries/phone calls
Receive, open, and distribute incoming mail and packages
Retrieve packing slip/shipping labels and check content
Sort, scan, e-file, and hand to recipient
Responsible for appearance and cleanliness
Keep break room, reception area, and conference room, clean, organized, and stocked with the necessary supplies at all times
Keep corridors and reception area free of clutter
When necessary, perform light cleaning duties
Scientific and business documents: printing, scanning, shredding, and/or filing
Ensure that all supporting documents required for contract and vendor creation have been generated, obtained and signed, in close coordination with Finance team
Generate the documentation and label the fixed asset/small equipment Assist with the yearly physical count for capitalized asset/small equipment
Route documents for signature via AdobeSign
Ensure the compliance to Orano Med purchasing procedure
Track down quotes, create POs, route for approval
Following up with vendors with kindness, gentleness, and professionalism
Stock the office and facilities, including cleaning supplies
Manage a company credit card, generate the necessary documentation and prepare the reconciliation monthly
Pre-Travel Authorizations/Expense Reports: Create, enter documents, route for approval
Booking complicated travel arrangements for senior personnel
Basic shipping: Prepare packages/correspondence/shipping labels, e-file and hand to carriers

Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
