Prepare agenda, presentations, and correspondence for leadership meetings
Create presentations, document meetings, and manage written artifacts of the business
Accurately and professionally handles multiple simultaneous high priority issues
Organizes and maintains calendars – arranging, coordinating and prioritizing scheduling and logistics
Utilizes critical thinking skills and a thorough knowledge of the business and organization to prioritize advanced level executive administrative work
Tasks and assignments require working with a high degree of confidential information using good judgment in decision-making
Responsible for complex and detailed travel arrangements (including international travel) for executive and other team members including but not limited to hotel accommodation, airline reservations, ground transportation, on-site and off-site meeting venues, and any other travel needs.
Security and Compliance
Ensure compliance with all security protocols and confidentiality requirements
Assist in the preparation and submission of security clearance documentation
Manage and safeguard classified and sensitive information
Coordinate with security personnel to facilitate access to secure areas and information

The Role

An active security clearance is strongly preferred due to the nature of the work.
Location : This position is open to those that reside in PST with a strong preference for the greater Seattle/Bellevue area and EST time zones with a willingness to work PST hours.
