You should have experience in or be interested in:
Understanding and helping clients to use technology to improve their efficiency, effectiveness, and competitive advantage
Supporting organisations with the delivery of complex or transformational technology programmes
An understanding of core enterprise technology (e.g. ERP, FMIS, CRM, HRIS, etc.) and their role in an organisation
The capabilities and organisation design required to operate a modern technology, transformation, or digital function in an organisation
Working alongside business and technology stakeholders in an organisation to understand, document and validate their technology requirements
Qualifications
You are someone with:
A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. BCom with a major in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Management, etc.)
Job experience in one or more of the work areas outlined above
The ability to conduct research and analyse sets of data to draw conclusions. Can identify business problems and think critically to solve them. Capable of multitasking and working with a variety of stakeholders.
A proactive, self-starter mentality who will consistently contribute to a project team by initiating ideas and driving forward tasks independently.
Integrity and an awareness of strengths, differences, and personal impact. Able to understand expectations and have a commitment to personal learning and development.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Any part-time experience or volunteer work where you have dealt with people (for example customer service or hospitality) would set you up well for a graduate role with us. Any experience public speaking is also a bonus.
