This position directly manages key operational areas including the Reception and Housekeeping teams, Group Fitness programming, MindBody platform operations, and all member engagement strategies. The AGM collaborates closely with the General Manager to support strategic initiatives, enhance services, and cultivate a high-performance culture. Responsibilities:

Member Experience & Operations

Provide direct leadership for the Reception and Housekeeping teams, including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, payroll processing, internal communication, and ongoing staff development.

Oversee day-to-day operations of all programs and services to ensure seamless execution and high-quality delivery.

Support the General Manager with internal communications, process improvements, and problem resolution.

Group Fitness Management

Oversee all aspects of Group Fitness programming: staff recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, reporting, and coverage.

Serve as a Group Fitness sub as needed to minimize cancellations and maintain continuity of service.

Develop and manage Group Fitness budgets and staffing allocations aligned with program goals.

Platform & System Management

Maintain the MindBody platform, including membership and ancillary sales transactions, program setup, and operational changes.

Assist with the implementation and maintenance of internal and external software systems that support membership and program operations.

Develop and monitor performance and operational metrics, providing timely reports and analysis to internal and external stakeholders.

Communication & Marketing

Lead creative member communication strategies, ensuring alignment with program goals and brand standards.

Develop and execute external communications for member acquisition, including content creation and campaign timelines.

Coordinate and market member engagement initiatives and events in collaboration with internal and client teams.

Program & Team Development

Plan, coordinate, and manage team-building initiatives, program scheduling, and performance management.

Develop and execute staffing strategies that meet operational needs and drive business outcomes.

Partner with the General Manager to evolve programming and member services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Health and Wellness, Business, or related field

A minimum of two years of experience in health and wellness, club management or program management experience

Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications.

Proficiency in program development, implementation and ongoing management

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with innovation, collaboration and initiative

Detail focused, able to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn internal software systems

Excellent organizational, communication and time-management skills

Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $60,000/year to $75,000/year. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs. Exos offers a comprehensive benefits package for all full time employees (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements), which includes health insurance, life and disability benefits, 401(k) plan, and paid time off. Additionally, Exos offers a variety of part time benefits (subject to eligibility requirements).
