Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and fostering a culture of success and accountability within the sales department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, excellent skills and the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
2. Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
4. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives.
5. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
6. Stay informed about market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
7. Conduct regular training sessions to develop sales skills and product knowledge among sales staff.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
+. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and services and generate leads.
10. To create strong distribution network of CFA Dealers & Suppliers.
11. To liaison with Govt & Private hospitals for supplies of rubber gloves.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a sales manager or in a similar role, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
- Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Vehicle/Own conveyance.
- Eager for earn incentive & interested in working in a performance driven organisation.
