Responsibilities
Provide daily administrative and service desk support for client end-users of Audio Visual and Media Services within a global campus environment
Interface with staff and management to ensure that the general service functions of the office are running efficiently
Respond to client requests and provide documentation assistance to the General Manager, Operations Manager, Engineering Manager, Integration Manager, and a team of technicians servicing a high-end conferencing and audio visual environment
Interface with outsourced counterparts to ensure consistency in customer experience
Maintain Help Desk Operations as the client interface, coordinating with other departments
Respond to client calls and providing direct assistance and/or elevating urgent issues to the management team
Assist managers with daily scheduling, invoicing and billing, interviews and meetings and conducting business with site staff and parent office
Provide event statistics and manage report collection for Key Performance Indicators
Support dub room operation by completing duplications, media conversions, and manage record-keeping and communication for recorded media of events for clients
Manage client purchasing and goods received documentation for equipment and software
Greet clients and visitors, coordinate equipment rentals, maintain general office organization
Provide support for interviewing process and onboarding new staff and freelancers
Manage timekeeping for employees and freelancers and reconcile invoices
Perform basic AV duties for events as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Job description
