Associate Vice President Sales Role Objective: We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The candidate will be expected to own a P&L and lead a team of sales & operations personnel. The profile allows the candidate to project entrepreneurship and leadership skills which contribute towards the success of the organisation. Responsibilities • Own & grow the P&L for Enterprise with end-to-end responsibility of sales. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, on new logos. • Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management. • Being a leader you’ve to be good in how to interact in first discovery meeting with the prospect customer’s. Bring them to the next stage of the sales funnel. You should set an example to how to drive first meeting, how to drive sales follow-up and how to convert awareness stage prospect to customer on-board journey • Working with Pre-sales, Sales Operations and US sales team to bring the new customer’s on-board • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends • Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts Requirements and skills • BE (CS/IT) degree or equivalent technical educational background • Previous experience of minimum 3-4 years in IT Saas/product B2B Sales. • US market must experience with minimum 5+ yrs ( Healthcare background will be plus (optional)) • Leadership experience of at least 4+ years • Proven sales executive experience, meeting, new logo onboarding or exceeding targets • Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level • Previously worked with marketing and sales for their go-to-market strategy • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services • Proven ability to position products against competitors • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Should have handled businesses with topline of at least $5m+, we- d prefer people from Startups who have reached growth stages for US market or mid-size IT Companies. Mix of experience in Startup and mid-size Companies. ...
