True Enterprises is seeking a detail-oriented and organized staff to join our team in the role of a Bookkeeper / Office Admin. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting tasks and possess excellent communication skills.
• Responsibilities*
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks for financial data entry
- Support budgeting and financial reporting activities
- Perform account reconciliations and bank reconciliations
- Help with payroll processing
- Provide general administrative support to the team
• Skills*
- Proficiency in accounting principles and practices
- Experience with QuickBooks accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- An engineering / operation / millwork / construction background is a plus
- Prior experience in a clerk or administrative role is a plus
- Prior experience in same or similar business is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
