This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in the domestic travel sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the tourism industry and be able to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets for domestic travel packages.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and direct customers.

Leadership and Team Management:
• Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.

Business Development:
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and partners to optimize business opportunities.

Customer Service:
• Ensure excellent customer service by resolving inquiries and handling escalations efficiently.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales within the travel industry, specifically in domestic travel packages.

Required Skills:
• Strong understanding of domestic travel destinations, packages, and pricing strategies.
