About the Role:
• We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to lead business change adoption efforts and drive communications for key organizational initiatives.
• This role requires a strong background in change management, business process optimization, and stakeholder engagement.
• The ideal candidate will have the ability to translate complex business inputs into actionable strategies and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Change Management:
• Develop and deploy comprehensive change management strategies, including:
• Stakeholder analysis and engagement plans
• Change impact assessments
• Communication and training plans
• Sponsor roadmaps and coaching plans
• Resistance management and adoption strategies
• Foster a change-oriented mindset and culture by building organizational change management competencies.
2. Business Process Optimization:
• Define and optimize key sales business processes across multiple domains.
• Design and implement innovative business models and IT solutions spanning Level 0 and Level 1 processes.
3. Stakeholder Engagement and Documentation:
• Gather unstructured business inputs and create high-quality business models, processes, and requirements documentation.
• Present insights and recommendations effectively to both executive and operational stakeholders.
4. Technical Guidance and Strategy:
• Provide expert technical guidance to align business and IT functions with organizational objectives.
• Influence and align multiple stakeholders to achieve project goals.
5. Communications and Coordination:
• Create professionally formatted newsletters and communication materials using PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Develop SharePoint frameworks for streamlined collaboration and information sharing.
• Support late-stage project activities, including staffing office hours, managing help chats, and facilitating war rooms. Skills &
Qualifications
Must-Have: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business change management, process optimization or related roles.
• Prosci Certification
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint.
• Exceptional organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to understand and operate in complex business and systems environments.
• Proven expertise in structured business process analysis and project management practices.
Nice-to-Have:
• Experience in preparing Change Impact Assessments and Change Briefs.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and frameworks.
