The Job

We’re seeking a highly organised person with a background in digital marketing and PR who wants to learn and develop personally alongside the business.

Your key duties will be to grow our digital audience and increase the visibility of our brands, with fair but ambitious goals.

You will collaborate and work closely with our Marketing & Sales team on new digital campaigns. We're seeking someone who is passionate about creating and managing campaigns from start to finish and thrives off of achieving results.

You will also be required to support our team and businesses with updating product pages and assisting with content creation for a range of digital marketing channels and campaigns.

You'll play a vital role in creating content and managing our digital footprint across all platforms. Previous experience in social PPC campaigns would be an advantage.

The ideal candidate will also have experience with PR, including reaching out to relevant publications and assisting with PR campaigns/events.

Main Duties:
• Work with our Marketing & Sales team to create content for all of our brand's websites including blog posts, product pages and landing pages, ensuring all content is on-brand and optimised for web
• Create, edit and schedule email marketing campaigns
• Create and manage content across all social media platforms with an emphasis on short-form video content
• Help manage social media PPC campaigns
• Respond to queries through social media
• Assist with PR outreach, events and campaigns
• Create monthly reports that align with the marketing targets
• To represent the company in a highly professional manner
• Actively contributing with creative ideas
• Assist with onboarding supplier's products onto our websites

The Person - Essentials
• Experience with content creation including graphic design and copywriting
• Video creation for use on social media (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
• Experience using Canva, Photoshop or equivalent
• Proven record of delivering successful email marketing campaigns
• You will be organised and efficient
• A confident communicator, you will be happy to liaise and collaborate with our team and partners
• Ability to work on your own initiative as well as being a strong team player
• Computer literate: you will be required to use our own internal CMS as well as software such as Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Canva, Photoshop and PowerPoint to create content, reports and proposals
• Attention to detail is imperative - please mention the Van Halen Rider in your cover letter
• Investigative nature and hunger to learn about our products, as well as actively seeking new business opportunities.
• You will have a sense of humour - we’re a fun team that offers fun events!

Experience
• A background in Digital Marketing is essential to this role
• Experience with paid social media campaigns
• Experience creating short-form video content for social media
• Eperience with PR campaigns
• The ideal applicant will have worked in the events/travel industry
