Presentation and Document Preparation: Create presentations and PowerPoint slides, as well as handle various documents as needed.
• Meeting Minutes Management: Review minutes of meetings (MOM) from all boards and committees, ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
• Stakeholder Briefs: Prepare comprehensive briefs on individuals the Chairperson needs to meet, ensuring the Chairperson is well-prepared for interactions.
• Company Familiarity: Develop a deep understanding of our organization, Thermax, to offer valuable support to the Chairperson.
• Diary, Travel, and Agenda Management: Manage chairpersons diary, travel arrangements, and agenda effectively.
• NGO Liaison: Act as the point of contact for interactions with non-governmental organizations (NGOs), with a primary focus on education and environmental causes, among others.
• CSR and Philanthropy Coordination: Collaborate with CSR head for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and Anagha for philanthropic activities.
• General Support: Undertake any additional tasks aimed at enhancing the Chairperson's professional life.
