Vision Personal Training St Leonards is a leading personal training studio dedicated to transforming lives through Education, Motivation and Inspiration. We pride ourselves on our supportive and results-driven environment, where clients achieve their goals and our team thrives. Currently, our studio generates $17k per week in revenue, with ambitious plans to grow beyond $25k per week.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support Robbie, the Studio Owner. In this dynamic role, you will play a critical part in the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring smooth administrative processes, managing communications, and assisting with special projects. Starting as a Casual or Part-Time role, this position offers the potential to grow into a Full-Time role as the studio continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Robbie, the Studio Owner.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and other communications.
- Assist with the organisation of studio events, client communications, and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Support Robbie with ad hoc tasks and special projects.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Training:
- Receive full paid training directly from Robbie, the Studio Owner, ensuring you have all the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in your role.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach with the ability to anticipate the needs of the Studio Owner.
- A passion for health and fitness is a plus!
