Seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support a busy Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Team

Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
Conduct research and compile data for meetings, proposals, and projects
Assist in the preparation and processing of real estate transactions, including document management and compliance
Coordinate and organize marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials
Maintain and organize electronic and paper filing systems
Act as a liaison between the broker, clients, and other stakeholders
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the broker and the brokerage team

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate terminology and processes is a plus.
