Overall job purpose
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Bromley office at a time where the office is continuing to grow. You will provide proactive, dynamic, close business support to the Bromley senior leaders and their respective teams, ensuring an effective and efficient service is provided at all times.

Responsibilities
• Support to Partners and teams.
• Support to EA / Office Manager.
• Liaise and work with other EAs within RSM network.
• Diary and meeting management.
• Prepare presentations, letters, reports and proposal documents.
• Client Relationship Management system (CRM) – data input, ensure database is accurate, provide reports as requested.
• Business development research on behalf of Partners.
• Bid management, supporting the proposal process, production of proposal documents.
• Event and conference organisation including managing budget and logistics, work with regional BD team.
• Travel arrangements for partners and staff.
• Screening incoming calls, assisting with general enquiries.
• Meeting and greeting clients.
• Incoming and outgoing client record management, ensuring returned in a timely manner.
• Time and expense management – monthly billing, online client card payments on request, supplier payment queries, collate and process expenses for partners ensuring compliance with RSM policy.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail for the office.
• Manage meeting room reservations - ensuring room set up, provide refreshments and catering as requested.
• Organise couriers and taxis for clients and staff.
• Order stationery and general supplies for the office.
• Archiving, retrieval and process, provide detailed search reports as requested.
• Provide cover holiday cover for administration support colleagues as appropriate.
• Carry out any other duties that are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by line.
Personal and professional qualities
• Experience of providing support to senior management.
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, attention to detail.
• Strong team working ability with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
• Intermediate MS Office skills, including experience of CRM.
• Ability to be discreet and confidential.
• Enthusiasm for client service and delivery.
• Ability to work on own initiative, proactively seeking opportunities and propose solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines and maintain a high quality of work.
• HNC Business & Administration or similar.
