Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO
Experience: 4 years and above
Any graduates are welcome
Responsibilities:
Assisting the Reporting Manager to all program venues, all meetings and business calls.
Maintaining Training Calendar (Date, Time and Venue).
Scheduling various training programs, meetings and PC’s [Personal Counseling].
Writing minutes of all Sessions, Monthly Meetings and PCs.
Informing PC clients about date, time and venue
Checking and replying to E-mails of Reporting Manager
Attending special customer requests and complaints and responding to them.
Requirements:
High energy, willing and keen to learn.
Vendor management
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in groups and handle the crowd.
Excellent knowledge in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Office.
Ability to multi-task and work under stress .
Should have the knowledge of PowerPoint Presentation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
