We are a leading real estate firm in Sydney where we prioritize not just professional success, but personal growth and job satisfaction. We are currently seeking a dedicated Marketing/Executive Assistant to support our dynamic team and leaders.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain executives’ calendars, including scheduling and coordinating tasks, meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation, and prepare detailed itineraries.
Complete administration tasks efficiently, including preparing and organizing documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations.
Perform general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and ordering office supplies, to support the efficient operation of the executive office.
Screen and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls and sales inquiries, and correspondence, responding or redirecting as necessary.
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional communication and relationships.
Prepare expense reports and reconcile credit card statements in a timely and accurate manner.
Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives, providing research,analysis, and support as needed.
Prioritise and assist with managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Completing all required auction campaign activities accurately and on time.
Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively address any issues or concerns to ensure theirproductivity and effectiveness.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Ensuring all new vendor experiences align with our brand values and service.
Manage Social Media posts and handle social media enquiries.
Requirements:

Minimum of one year of experience in the real estate sector, with additional administrative experience highly valued.
Proficient in both English and Mandarin (preferred) to accommodate diverse client interactions.
Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
Independent worker capable of managing responsibilities without close supervision.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
