Responsibilities
Renuity is seeking a highly skilled and experienced E x ecutive Assistant/Office Manager which will play a critical role in supporting the Operations and People Teams
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will provide administrative support, office logistics, handle sensitive and confidential information, handle all calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and act as a liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders
This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous, hypergrowth environment
Calendar and Communications Management:
Proactively manage and prioritize the COO and CPO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
Follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met and action items are acted on
Provide Ad Hoc support to executives within the Operations and People space
Must thrive in a fast-paced environment
Travel and Expense Management:
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation
Reconcile and process travel expenses in accordance withing Renuity policies
Ensure smooth travel including trouble-shooting flight cancellations and last minute changes
Meeting and Events Coordination and Support:
Prepare and coordinate meeting materials, including agendas, presentations, and reports
Attend meetings as necessary, take accurate minutes, and distribute action items to ensure timely follow-up
Provide logistical and administrative support for org-wide and cross-functional meetings and events (i.e
All-Team meetings, Team Offsites, etc)
Project Management and Facility Support:
Assist in managing administrative and/or office-related projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved
Work with local vendors to ensure efficient delivery of things like: food and beverages for the office, supplies, etc
Act as a liaison with building management where necessary
