Overview:
Are you passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth? Lutron is seeking a dynamic Experience Center Supervisor to lead our Experience Center operations. In this role, you’ll own the full lifecycle of the Center’s performance—driving traffic, supporting sales, managing operations, and delivering unforgettable customer interactions
Responsibilities:
Drive Activation & Engagement
Partner with sales teams, reps, and dealers to understand market needs and drive traffic to the Center.
Plan and execute impactful events tailored to your region.
Identify and engage new customer segments to expand reach.
Set and achieve measurable goals to support brand growth.
Create Exceptional Visitor Experiences
Conduct high-impact meetings and product demonstrations.
Prepare thoroughly for each customer visit to exceed expectations.
Maintain a deep understanding of Lutron’s product portfolio and tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
Support in-person trainings and specification trips in collaboration with the Lutron Certified Installer (LCI) team.
Maintain a World-Class Facility
Ensure the Center reflects Lutron’s brand excellence.
Manage budgets and coordinate with project teams for updates and improvements.
Serve as the on-site lead for all facility-related initiatives.
Use Insights to Elevate Impact
Track all customer interactions and events in Salesforce (SFDC).
Collect and analyze visitor data to inform strategy.
Report actionable insights to leadership and contribute to cross-Center initiatives.
Achieve Center Performance Metrics
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required with a Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00
Proven experience in customer engagement, sales support, or experience center management.
4+ years of previous experience in lighting control, architectural design, lighting design, interior design, or a related industry.
Proven organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Passion for technology, design, and delivering premium experiences.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
Starting pay: $85,000 to $120,000 per year; Lutron's employee benefits include 401k match, health, dental, and life insurance, paid vacation (amount based on tenure with the company), flexible spending accounts, and tuition reimbursement programs.
