Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation and distribution of academic materials, including syllabi, course handouts, and examination materials
Maintain accurate records and files related to faculty activities, student information, and departmental operations
Coordinate travel arrangements and process travel reimbursements for faculty members
Assist in organizing departmental events, such as seminars, conferences, and workshops
Serve as a liaison between faculty, students, and other administrative departments
Support faculty in the submission of grant proposals and research documentation
Manage office supplies and ensure that the department’s administrative needs are met
Perform other duties as assigned by the department chair or faculty members
