Part-time Executive Assistant for Family Office. (Morristown, NJ)

Three-person Family Office seeks part-time assistant to provide varied support. The office consists of family members who manage their larger family’s investments. They are looking for someone who can do general administrative work, to streamline and digitize aspects of existing systems, and to do ad hoc tasks. Finance background is not required – all skills needed will be trained on the job. The atmosphere of the office is informal and professional.

Requirements include:

· BA/BS of competitive US college

· 3 years assistant experience or equivalent

· MS Office including Excel

· Facility with software and tech applications
