The Career Consultant position at LHH Recruitment Solutions is designed to provide individualized support and strategies for candidates in transition, helping them identify career options and achieve successful outcomes. This includes demonstrating expertise in current job-related technology such as LinkedIn, AI, ChatGPT, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and various research databases. The consultant will also play an active role in helping candidates connect to job opportunities by staying informed about current job market trends and the significance of industry and professional groups. Additionally, the consultant will provide coaching expertise to assist individuals during interviews and salary negotiations, enabling them to navigate the job search process confidently and secure suitable job opportunities. Time management and prioritization are crucial, as the consultant will be responsible for individual program deliverables, candidate activity reporting, participation in customer projects, and engagement in LHH training and events as applicable.
