Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:
• Demonstrated skills in problem resolution and best practice customer service processes to handle customer service issues with a positive outcome.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport with customers and team members.
• Ability to communicate with individuals in an articulate, professional manner. Strong written communications skills.
• Knowledge of sales, marketing, billing, and credit practices and procedures, as well as contract administration.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and handle multiple assignments without sacrificing work integrity.
• Knowledge of MS Office and Internet technologies.
• Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities while maintaining integrity of work.
• Ability to maintain Customer Relationship Management System.
Education, Experience, and Certification:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.*
2. 2 to 4 years of customer service or sales operations experience is preferred.*
