– What we are looking for –

We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales. It is important that you have a strong and a demonstrable sales track-record and preferably experience in leading a sales team. More importantly however is the drive and hunger that you bring to work and that you are keen to drive yourself and the BRIGHTBLU sales team to above market sales targets. This position is for those who are looking to make a dent in the universe, take pride in selling a best-in-class product and want to make a name for him or herself in the electric mobility industry. You will be furthermore responsible for a number of key automotive (OEM) and charge point operator (CPO) accounts that significantly contribute to BRIGHTBLU's topline.

Ideally you have a strong strong entrepreneurial drive, are committed to make a positive impact on both the world around you through the work that we are doing as well as on the culture of the company that we are building. You thrive in situations where you spearhead sales, make new connections and close deals for the company. You will be responsible for building a sales pipeline, own key client accounts and achieve revenue targets.

– Minimal Required Work Experience –

You have a minimum of 8- 12 years’ experience in the wider automotive, energy and/or electrical equipment markets. Experience in the electric mobility markets is a plus. ou are a self-motivated person focused on sales and closing deals for the company.

– Qualifications –

o Bachelor’s Degree from a reputed institute

o Minimum 8-12 years of relevant sales experience and demonstrable track record + references required

– Location & Reporting –

o Pune

o Reports to the CEO

– Compensation –

Market based base compensation + cash bonus structure in place for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
