Effective implementation of the core business management systems; ISO18001, ISO+001, ISO14001 and ISO27001 which is essential for our ZERO harm goals and ensuring safe quality products to our customers.
High-quality application of the critical HR systems including role descriptions, performance feedback, succession planning and development processes, salary review and goal setting.
Provide active support for the implementation of the Code of Conduct, DOA and Company Policies.
Driven and ambitious, resilient, with positive enthusiasm and a pragmatic approach.

To succeed in the role, we believe it is important that you have:

Minimum 10 years’ general business experience with broad exposure to S&OP, Procurement and Global Logistics
Demonstrated performance in a senior Supply Chain role across complex product and supply ranges
Proven leadership experience of diverse teams across global locations
Managing suppliers and procurement in China and/or Asian countries
Preference to have relevant international and “in country” management experience in China and Asia
A university degree in Supply Chain or Engineering or Finance, with further studies in management
Strong background in strategic planning and operational management
Demonstrated success in driving innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

The position is ideally located in Brisbane, Australia and will require extensive domestic and international travel. For international candidates, local plus terms & conditions will apply.
