HR |amp| Placement Manager

Role & Responsibilities:
Engage and introduce new companies and manage existing corporates to the placement process.
Manage student-related activities with respect to placements from job postings, applications, and databases of students, including historical data.
Engage with alumni and leverage their network.
Collect feedback from companies coming for placement.
Arrange training programmes for resume writing skills, presentation skills, profile building skills, soft skills and for interview-facing skills for the students using institutional and external expertise.
Organizing entrepreneurship workshops.
To arrange for interview & training facilities for the campus and executive programs.
Responsible for end-to-end coordination (w.r.t. placement process & industry interactions)
Design corporate presentations of GRRAS brands and products for corporate engagement
Preparing the placement calendar and scheduling companies on institute and lead all communication related to recruiters
Provide career services to students
Leverage social media platform like LinkedIn, Naukri.com, Facebook, Monster and Instagram for employer branding and networking.
Candidate Requirements:
Candidate must be a graduate
IT background and MBA HR is bonus
Candidate must have an experience of 1-2 years
Prior campus placement experience is a bonus
Good Networking with strong communication skills
Good ICT skills (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point)Roles and Responsibilities
