To help fuel and manage this growth in India, we're looking for someone to join our India HR team as a HR consultantwho will be responsible for HR projects, processes and policies in India and be a business partner for one or more business functions.

HR Advisory:

Collaborate with managers, business leaders and global HRBP's to understand HR needs and provide strategic guidance and support.
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the organization's objectives and promote a positive work culture.
Advise on organizational structure, workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee retention, and succession planning etc.
HR activities

Oversee and manage day-to-day HR activities, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits, and HRIS administration.
Monitor HR metrics and analyse trends to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with C&B and Talent Acquisition and own ensure smooth HR delivery of various HR activities.
Manage Service contractors and their employee life cycle and grievances
Manage compliance of all partners and develop new partner relationships as and when needed.
Employee engagement and retention:

Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Conduct investigations and handle employee complaints or grievances in a fair and objective manner.
Engage with business stakeholders to plan and implement effective retention measures
HR Projects and Initiatives:

Lead and participate in HR projects, such as policy development, process improvement, Talent Management and change management initiatives etc.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative HR solutions and drive continuous improvement within the HR function.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR programs and initiatives that support the company's strategic goals.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience with a Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and processes.
Proven experience in providing HR advisory services to business units.
Demonstrated project management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
