About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to join our team at Spark New Zealand Limited, where you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues remotely and on-site, ensuring swift issue resolution.
Onsite support across several clients (varying locations) – valid NZ driver's license required.
Building and supporting end-user devices (PCs, laptops, thin clients, printers, mobiles, tablets).
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Work experience in equivalent field with IT services experience or training.
Proven experience in technical support, maintenance, or a related role.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with hand tools, ladders, and networking equipment.
