Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our dynamic team at HR Service Jobs in Kuniyamuthur. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day office operations, ensuring that the environment is efficient and productive. Key Responsibilities
• * Provide administrative support to the office, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
• * Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents in an orderly fashion.
• * Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
• * Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
• * Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution.
• * Facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
• * Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
• * Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
• * Contribute to a positive and collaborative office environment.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
• * Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• * Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience
• * Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
• * Experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Working Hours
• * Full-time position, Monday to Friday, +:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

• * Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• * Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• * Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service orientation.
• * Capable of adapting to new technologies and tools quickly.
