Role Responsibilities
• Identify and engage potential clients in the education sector.
• Conduct market research to understand the needs of educational institutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Assist in the creation and execution of sales strategies.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation initiatives.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
• Gather feedback and insights from clients to improve products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product developments.
• Support promotional events and campaigns to drive interest in our offerings.
• Monitor competitor activities and share insights with the team.
• Utilize CRM software for tracking sales and customer interactions.
• Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer behavior.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Motivated with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving results.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend events.
• Understanding of the Edtech landscape is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
