This is an exceptional opportunity to join our MMS business unit as a Director, BD Excellence Deployment. As a member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our business and driving sustainable improvements in operational performance and business outcomes. We are looking for a highly experienced leader who can leverage their expertise in lean principles and methodologies to drive process improvement and efficiency gains across our organization.
Key Activities* Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to deploy BD Excellence across MMS, leveraging lean principles and methodologies to drive process improvement and efficiency gains.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement, developing tailored solutions that meet the needs of each function and stakeholder group.* Drive accountability for achieving improvement outcomes that align with MMS's strategic priorities, working closely with senior executives and cross-functional leaders to secure alignment and support.* Establish a culture of continuous learning and improvement within MMS, fostering a growth mindset among team members and empowering them to take ownership of their professional development and growth.
